Tired of using a generic training programs and wish you had something created just for you? Want a program designed by a world-class coach? I'm happy to now offer a fully personalized training program based on your needs and for whatever race distance you need. Cookie-cutter programs just aren't good enough for you. You deserve the best and I look forward to creating your program for you.

After signing up, you'll receive an Athlete Questionnaire via email. This questionnaire will gather complete information on you, your training and racing history as well as your goals. It will also provide the nuts and bolts of your life schedule (number of days running per week, key workout days, long run day, etc.).

Armed with your information from the questionnaire, I'll do a complete evaluation of your previous training and racing. I'll determine your strengths and weaknesses as a runner. I'll evaluate your goals and determine how to best advance you toward them. If necessary, I'll follow-up to gather more details or get clarification.

Lastly, I'll design and build a fully customized program just for you. Using the training principles that have led to the successes you've read about on this website, your program will gradually but progressively guide you toward your race(s). You'll train optimally and avoid the pitfalls that come with following a generic program. You'll become a better runner.

Once the design step is completed (usually taking 1-2 weeks), your new program is emailed to you along with other helpful worksheets, charts, tips and tricks. Then, you're off and running (literally) toward your goals!

This program is great for the runner who wants to put the finishing touches on a race plan. Built your base and developed some strength but wonder what to do to get race ready? This is the program for you.
12-Week Program - $99.99
This program is great for the runner who wants to build a proper endurance base prior to beginning race-specific training. It is also perfect for the athlete who wants help with their last three months leading into their goal race(s).

If your goal race is four months away and you want the best preparation, then this is the program for you. It is also perfect for beginners who are getting ready for a 5K or 10K.
20-Week Program - $150.99
This program will take you from day one to the finish line of a 5K, 10K or half-marathon. It is also perfect for experienced runners preparing for a fall marathon. Or, for the athlete that wants to build on the spring's fitness to get ready for a great fall of racing. Also perfect for the athlete who has a full season of races planned. Having worked with state champions and national medallists, I have developed a tried and true off-season program for high school runners. This program scientifically prepares the athlete for the upcoming season. Make preparations now for you next (better) cross country or track season.
